About Us

DGMS & Co.

Welcome to DGMS & Co.!  We -principal partners, Connie Payne and Patricia Kutza - bring to the making of our initial book, The Don't Get Me Started! Toolkit, over thirty years of experience each in the education (Payne) and telecom (Kutza) sectors. This book provides a systematic approach to assessing and successfully responding to the many complex situations that people encounter in our rapidly-changing world.

We take the basic principles of our book and integrate them into workshops, presentations and game shows that focus on cultural awareness and cultural competency. Three  versions of this book - workbooks created for the middle-school, 4th/5th grade and adult niches -  expand their mission:  Offering good decision-making and restorative justice skills to a client base which includes key decision-makers in the school, state workforce centers  and senior active living communities located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
